1. ECO minerals endeavor to enhance your online shopping experience by shipping your order for the best shipping rates possible. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post regular, international or express parcel.  Not all parcels have tracking.  Some parcels, including express do come with basic tracking numbers.
2. Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of receiving payment and Customers are notified by email once their order has shipped. In most cases, orders placed by 2pm will ship the same day.
3. We ask that you choose the appropriate shipping method for your purchase. ONLY sample sachets and ECO refills ship for FREE within Australia. If you select sample/refill shipping for a jar we will ask you to pay the correct postage before your order ships. If you then cancel your order on the grounds of being asked for correct shipping, a $5 administration fee occurs. Thank you for understanding - we do offer the fairest, ECO friendly shipping options we can and it takes our staff time to follow up when free shipping is chosen inappropriately.

• Please allow 15 business days for delivery world wide.
