New Zealand Shipping
Eco Minerals offers affordable shipping to New Zealand with two options: Standard international shipping is $8.00 AUD for orders up to 500g, while express international shipping is available for $15.00 AUD. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
International Shipping
Eco Minerals offers worldwide shipping with two options: Standard international shipping is $14.99 AUD for orders up to 1kg, while express international shipping is available for $36.00 AUD. Enjoy free express shipping on orders over $120 AUD.

- ECO minerals endeavor to enhance your online shopping experience by shipping your order for the best shipping rates possible. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post regular, international or express parcel. Not all parcels have tracking. Some parcels, including express do come with basic tracking numbers.
- Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of receiving payment and customers are notified by email once their order has shipped. In most cases, orders placed by noon will ship the same day.
- We ask that you choose the appropriate shipping method for your purchase. ONLY sample sachets and Mineral Powder ECO refills ship FREE within Australia. If you select sample/refill shipping for a jar we will ask you to pay the correct postage before your order ships. If you then cancel your order on the grounds of being asked for correct shipping, a $5 administration fee occurs. Thank you for understanding - we do offer the fairest, ECO friendly shipping options we can and it takes our staff time to follow up when free shipping is chosen inappropriately.
Delivery times and undelivered parcels:
- In the event that your parcel is not received, our Customer Care team will assist you and where necessary ship out a replacement parcel by tracked courier. Please contact us with the details on our CONTACT page.
- Parcels are packed with care in eco friendly shipping materials.
- Whilst we ship within 24 hours, delivery times are dependent on our carrier, Australia Post. Please select express shipping if you need your product faster and allow 1-2 extra days as we are in a rural area.
